The special design of the proctoscope LDL-2 with an integrated Doppler sensor positioned proximal to the ligature window and a dispersed LED light allow locating the hemorrhoidal artery and controlling the suture ligation in a confident way. The increased diameter of the proctoscope and the size of the operation window provide more accurate mucopexy, sub-mucosal laser destruction and other benefits. In addition, the multy-axial elliptic Ligation Slot with two fixation zones for the needle holder greatly reduces the risk of mucosa injure during manipulations.
